(AP Jul 15, 2013) &#8211; A North Dakota judge has ruled that a 2011 state law that seeks to limit the use of drugs to terminate pregnancies is unconstitutional.<br \/>\n\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/CorwinWickham445.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-23078\" alt=\"CorwinWickham445\" src=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/CorwinWickham445-300x202.png\" width=\"300\" height=\"202\" srcset=\"https:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/CorwinWickham445-300x202.png 300w, https:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/CorwinWickham445-259x175.png 259w, https:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/CorwinWickham445.png 445w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nEast Central Judge Wickham Corwin said in April following a three-day trial that he would rule in favor of the state&#8217;s sole abortion clinic in its challenge of the state law. Corwin officially ruled on the case Monday.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nCorwin had already granted an injunction preventing the law from taking effect. He has called that legislation &#8220;simply wrongheaded.&#8221;<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nAttorney General Wayne Stenehjem (STEN&#8217;-jihm)\u00a0 has said that the state will defend the law before the North Dakota Supreme Court.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0BISMARCK, N.D.
