Areas of fog have formed Sunday morning over parts of south central
\nNorth Dakota into the James River Valley region. Some of this fog
\nmay be dense, with visibility occasionally dropping below one-
\nquarter mile. This will affect travelers along Interstate 94 between
\nBismarck\/Mandan and Jamestown, Highway 52 between Harvey and
\nJamestown, and Highway 281 between Carrington and Ellendale. The
\nfog should dissipate around mid- morning. If traveling, be
\nprepared for the possibility of rapidly deteriorating visibility,
