(AP) \u2014 A lawmaker who heads North Dakota\u2019s anti-abortion legislative caucus says it\u2019s likely the Republican-led Legislature will seek to pass a measure that mirrors a new Texas law that virtually bans all abortions and that the Supreme Court has allowed to remain in force. GOP Sen. Janne Myrdal says she \u201cassumes\u201d legislation will be crafted eventually that uses the Texas law as a template. North Dakota already has successfully pushed some of the nation\u2019s toughest abortion laws.
