{"id":234049,"date":"2021-09-08T14:14:51","date_gmt":"2021-09-08T19:14:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=234049"},"modified":"2021-09-09T09:50:52","modified_gmt":"2021-09-09T14:50:52","slug":"82-new-covid-positives-in-last-week-stutman-county","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=234049","title":{"rendered":"82 new COVID positives in last week, Stutman County"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-80174\" src=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/CVHD-300x202.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"202\" srcset=\"https:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/CVHD-300x202.jpg 300w, https:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/CVHD-259x175.jpg 259w, https:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/CVHD.jpg 445w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Jamestown\u00a0 (CVHD) \u00a0 COVID-19 infection rates have been increasing in Stutsman County over the past week with 82 positives currently being report.\u00a0 COVID infections in the community has included both the fully vaccinated and those who are unvaccinated.\u00a0 The North Dakota Department of Health (NDDoH) has just recently began releasing \u201cbreakthrough cases,\u201d which refers to a person who has been COVID vaccinated contracting the virus.\u00a0 While the vaccine does not completely prevent a person from becoming infected with COVID, it significantly reduces the risk from becoming very ill.<strong>\u00a0 In comparison, 1 in 15 unvaccinated individuals have tested positive for COVID, while only 1 in 147 fully vaccinated individuals have tested positive, according to the NDDoH.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Healthcare professionals in Stutsman County are concerned about the recent increase in COVID-19 infections in the community.\u00a0 According to Tania Nygaard, provider for Essentia Health of Jamestown, \u201cWe have seen a rise in COVID over the past few weeks.
