BILLINGS, Mont.\u00a0 (UJ<\/a>)\u00a0 —\u00a0<\/strong>Diego Valle<\/a> (SR\/Yucaipa, Calif.) scored twice to help lead the University of Jamestown men’s soccer team to its first win of the season, a 5-0 shutout of University of Providence (Mont.)<\/p>\n

Jamestown (1-1-1) will face Rocky Mountain (Mont.) College Sunday at 2:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Valle’s two first-half goals, in the 11th and 28th minutes, staked the Jimmies to a 2-0 lead after 45 minutes of play. UJ had eight shots overall, four on target, in the first half, while the Argos had two shots and one on target.<\/p>\n

Frankie Parkinson<\/a> (FR\/Bournemouth, England) made it 3-0 in the 49th minute, then Daigo Adachi<\/a> (JR\/Hyogo, Japan) (54th) and Alex Aco-Hernandez<\/a> (FR\/Denver, Colo.) (57th) scored two minutes and forty seconds apart, putting Jamestown ahead by five.<\/p>\n
