{"id":235247,"date":"2021-09-22T17:01:24","date_gmt":"2021-09-22T22:01:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=235247"},"modified":"2021-09-22T17:01:24","modified_gmt":"2021-09-22T22:01:24","slug":"jacqueline-wadeson-sept-20-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=235247","title":{"rendered":"Jacqueline Wadeson &#8211; Sept. 20, 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Jacqueline Wadeson, 85, Alice, ND passed away at her home while under Hospice care on September 20, 2021.\u00a0 A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, September 27, 2021 at 10:00 AM in Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Fingal, ND.\u00a0 Visitation will be at the church on Sunday from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at which time a prayer service will begin.\u00a0 She will be laid to rest in the Fargo National Cemetery, Harwood, ND.\u00a0 The funeral service will be live streamed then archived and available to view along with her obituary at www.lerudschuldt.com<\/p>\n<p>Jacqueline was born at St. John\u2019s Hospital in Fargo, ND on January 23, 1936.\u00a0 She attended St. Catherine (Valley City, ND) and Oriska Public Schools.\u00a0 She graduated with the class of 1954.\u00a0 In August of 1954, she joined the US Army serving 2 years in Women\u2019s Army Corp.\u00a0 She was stationed in Japan during the Korean War, making her a Korean War Veteran. \u00a0\u00a0She was honorably discharged in August of 1956.<\/p>\n<p>After her military service, she attended Dakota Business College in Fargo.\u00a0 While at school, she worked part time for Crescent Jewelry.\u00a0 For 6 years, she lived in Denver, CO working for Americana Corp then returned to ND where she worked for Grotberg Electric in Valley City.\u00a0 She also worked 14 years at Maryhill Manor (formerly Hillcrest Manor) in Enderlin, ND.<\/p>\n<p>On December 27, 1965, she married Richard \u201cDick\u201d Wadeson at St. Bernard\u2019s Catholic Church in Oriska.\u00a0 They welcomed 2 children to this union.<\/p>\n<p>She was a member of the St. Henry\u2019s Catholic Church and Ladies\u2019 Aid.\u00a0 While serving on the Ladies\u2019 Aid she served a variety of offices.\u00a0 \u00a0Jackie was Clifton Township Clerk. \u00a0\u00a0She was a lifetime member of the Enderlin VFW.<\/p>\n<p>Family time was special to Jacqueline.\u00a0 She enjoyed her granddaughters\u2019 activities, her daughter\u2019s public speaking events and watching her son race his car.\u00a0 Spending time in her garden and reading most anything she could get her hands on were a few other things she liked to do.<\/p>\n<p>Jacqueline is survived by her children, William T. and Heidi L. (Scott) Zwetzig; 3 granddaughters, Megan (Ryan) Korynta, Morgan (Travis) and Madison Zwetzig; 3 great grandsons, Lincoln, River and Maverick; 4 sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.<\/p>\n<p>Her husband, Dick passed away in 2011.
