ELKHORN, Neb.– (UJ<\/a>) \u00a0 <\/strong>Tate Olson<\/a> (SR\/Cook, Minn.) turned in the top round for the University of Jamestown men’s golf team at the GPAC Fall Championship, which is being held at Indian Creek Golf Course.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n GPAC FALL CHAMPIONSHIP–ROUND ONE<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n Olson shot a 5-over 77 and is tied with four others for 28th. Max Noffsinger<\/a> (FR\/Ft. Collins, Colo.) is tied for 34th at 6-over 78, Treyton Forsman<\/a> (SR\/Lewiston, Idaho) and Jackson Worner<\/a> (JR\/West Fargo, N.D.) are tied for 44th at 10-over 82, and Tomas Garcia<\/a> (FR\/Vigo, Spain) is tied for 48th at 11-over 83.<\/p>\n Ryan Rogers of Midland and Sam Storey of Morningside are tied for the lead at 4-under 68.<\/p>\n As a team, the Jimmies are in 10th place at 31-over 319, five shots back of Dakota Wesleyan and nine shots behind Dordt.<\/p>\n Morningside leads the team race at 10-under 278.<\/p>\n Tuesday’s second round begins at 10:00 a.m.<\/p>\n Women<\/p>\n UMARY FALL INVITE FINAL RESULTS<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n Marchino shot a second-round 81 to finish at 19-over 163 (82-81), five shots ahead of UMary’s Anna Graveline.
