This past Saturday, two confirmed tornadoes were reported, one in Park Rapids, Minnesota, and another southeast of Lidgerwood, North Dakota.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Bismarck area saw 1.47 inches of rain Wednesday, a record for Oct. 13. The western part of the state saw near-blizzard conditions.
