News Jul 26, 2013)\u00a0 &#8212;\u00a0 Titan Machinery&#8217;s newly constructed building, west of Jamestown\u00a0 could have its opening\u00a0 delayed\u00a0while \u00a0the\u00a0business awaits\u00a0 approval of an occupancy permit.<\/p>\n<p>Without the permit it&#8217;s \u00a0illegal for the public or employees to enter the building.<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown City Attorney, Ken Dalsted, says the concern\u00a0pertians to fire protection for the building.<\/p>\n<p>Stutsman Rural Water \u00a0says until they get a new water tower, they don&#8217;t have enough water pressure or volume to protect the new building.<\/p>\n<p>At this time, Dalsted says next Tuesday&#8217;s grand opening is still up in the air.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V.
