Attorneys for the city of Jamestown and Titan worked reached agreement on the wording of the indemnification agreement Tuesday, which holds the city harmless in the event a fire caused damage to the Titan building while fire suppression systems are not fully in place.<\/p>\n

(AP) – Authorities say the death of an 8-month-old girl in a chain reaction collision started by a bus crash happened because the bus driver in northern New Jersey was talking on his cellphone. Authorities have issued summonses for reckless driving and using a cellphone while driving for the bus driver. The sheriff in Hudson County tells The Jersey Journal the bus driver will be charged with death by auto.
