\n30 below zero.<\/p>\n
* WHERE…Portions of central, north central, northwest and west
\ncentral Minnesota and northeast and southeast North Dakota.<\/p>\n
* WHEN…From midnight tonight to noon CST Sunday.<\/p>\n
* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills could cause
\nfrostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.<\/p>\n
