* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero expected.<\/p>\n
* WHERE…Western and southern North Dakota.<\/p>\n
* WHEN…From 6 PM CST\u00a0 this evening to Noon CST \/11 AM
\nMST\/ Thursday.<\/p>\n
* IMPACTS…The very cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
\nexposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.<\/p>\n
PRECAUTIONARY\/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…<\/p>\n
Avoid outdoor activities if possible. Wear appropriate clothing,
\nmaking sure to cover exposed skin. Pack a winter survival kit if
\ntraveling.<\/p>\n
