On March 6, 2022, at approximately 4:17 PM, the NDHP and Cass County Sheriff\u2019s Department responded to a reported road rage incident occurring on eastbound I-94 west of Casselton, ND. The call stated an eastbound traveling Ford Focus was ramming a Ford Expedition that was traveling in front of it numerous times. The Ford Focus was located off the MM 320 exit on I-94 in a farm approach. NDHP Troopers initiated a traffic stop with the Ford Focus, and identified the suspect as Joshua Buchanan of Jamestown, ND.
\nThe incident was investigated by the NDHP, and Buchanan was arrested on charges of felony reckless endangerment, misdemeanor driving under the influence of drugs, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon, and infraction drug paraphernalia charges.
