(AP AUg 6, 2013) &#8211; The principal owner of the Minnesota Vikings football team and relatives are on the losing end of a New Jersey lawsuit that has spent 21 years in the courts.<\/p>\n<p>A judge on Monday found Zygmunt &#8220;Zygi&#8221; Wilf, his brother and cousin had committed fraud, breach of contract and fiduciary duty, and had violated New Jersey&#8217;s civil racketeering law.<\/p>\n<p>The family was sued by partners in a 764-unit apartment complex in Montville, who claimed they were cheated of their fair share<\/p>\n<p>The judge says Wilf himself had testified that he had reneged on the deal.<\/p>\n<p>The Wilfs&#8217; lead attorney says the family has earned a well-deserved reputation for integrity and honest dealings.<\/p>\n<p>The judge will announce the rest of the ruling and damages in two weeks.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MORRISTOWN, N.J.
