This forecast was created in coordination with them. Major flooding is still anticipated on the Sheyenne River at Valley City.<\/p>\n<p>PRECAUTIONARY\/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Safety message &#8211; Turn around, don`t drown. Don`t travel through<br \/>\nflooded areas.
