Portions of<br \/>\nthis same area received over an inch of rain already this<br \/>\nmorning. Additional thunderstorms could lead to localized<br \/>\nflooding and ponding of water over already saturated soils.<br \/>\n&#8211; http:\/\/www.weather.gov\/safety\/flood<\/p>\n<p>PRECAUTIONARY\/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood<br \/>\nWarnings.
