<\/a>Valley City, ND — (KCSi-T.V. News Aug 23, 2013) — The North Dakota Highway Patrol has released the name of the second person killed in a fiery crash involving two semis, the morning of Wednesday August 14, 2013 at the intersection of Highway 1 and Highway 46 south of Valley City.<\/p>\nHe was identified as 64 year old Carl Bjug<\/strong>stad, of Sheldon, North Dakota. The report says he was not wearing a seat belt.<\/p>\n The man driving the other\u00a0semi was previously identified as 46-year-old Allen Tofsrud<\/strong> of Leeds, North Dakota.<\/p>\n Highway Patrol Sgt. Tom Herzig\u2019s report says an eastbound semi pulling a hopper, operated by Tofsrud missed a stop sign and struck the northbound semi pulling a flat bed trailer, driven by Bjugstad, around 9 a.m.<\/p>\n Witnesses say the fire engulfed both semi tractor trailers vehicles.\u00a0 Both vehicles were destroyed by the fire. Both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene.<\/p>\n Sgt.
