City garbage collectors have also apparently been chased by the dogs.

Police Chief Scott Edinger said a complaint was filed with the City Prosecutor, for review, and the City Animal Warden has been in contact with the dog owners.

He said the dogs loose on private property is in violation of a city Ordinance. A separate section from animals running at large.

He added that police have been in contact with the dog owners.

Mayor Andersen said anyone with a problem with the dogs should contact any incident to the Law Enforcement Center, to have the incident on record.
