News Sept 3, 2013) &#8212; Authorities report that Michael Allan Nelson is back in custody.<\/p>\n<p>Nelson eluded authorities for about 3 weeks after he failed to register as a sex offender in mid-August.<\/p>\n<p>Barnes County Sheriff\u2019s deputies arrested Nelson at residence in southwest Valley City Tuesday about 3 o\u2019clock.<\/p>\n<p>Nelson had several active warrants including, Failure to Comply with Registration Requirements, a Class &#8220;C&#8221; felony, Failing 24\/7 Drug Testing, Actual Physical Control of Motor Vehicle, No Insurance, Disorderly Conduct and Failure to Appear in court.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Valley City, (KCSi- T.V.
