The river is home to a fish hatchery, state park, dams and recreational facilities. Participants will visit Baldhill Dam and Lake Ashtabula. The tour will highlight progress on flood control projects taking place in flood-impacted communities. The tour starts at 8:00 am till 5:00 pm beginning and ending in Valley City.
