The Valley City Police Department wants to notify Valley City residents regarding a new high risk sex offender who is residing within the city of Valley City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
46 years of age, \u00a0Jeffrey Keith Wolff, resides at 352 3RD ST SE
VALLEY CITY, ND, 58072 , no vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wolff is 6 feet 1 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, and has blue eyes and black hair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mr. Wolff has been assigned a high-risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Offense: Gross Sexual Imposition- Wolff forced a 13 year old girl to the floor removed her clothing, and had intercourse with her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Conviction Date: 11\/7\/1996<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Disposition: 10 years with 7.5 years suspended<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Offense: Sexual assault \u2014 Wolff fondled a 14 year old girl while they were attending a church concert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disposition: Custody of DJS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
