Jamestown – On October 5, the University of Jamestown hosted a groundbreaking event to celebrate the renovation of the Voorhees Chapel and to kick off construction for a new campus facility, which will house the Unruh School of Character in Leadership<\/a> and the Reuben and Clarice Liechty Center for Faith and Life.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Special guests speak were, UJ President Dr. Polly Peterson, Jim & Candy Unruh, and former Jamestown Mayor Clarice Liechty. They spoke about the University\u2019s new facilities and programming during a chapel service at 11 a.m. Immediately after the service, the representatives from the University, gather outside the chapel for a groundbreaking ceremony. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
