JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Chamber) – The Customer Service Award for November to Jeff Fabian with Fabian Pest Control, LLC for their outstanding customer service presented by the members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Young Professionals of Jamestown.<\/p>\n\n\n

The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their nomination letter said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe returned home from a trip and thought we may have brought home bed bugs. I called Jeff on a Sunday afternoon, and he told me what to look for, what to do if I saw anything, and call him back if I needed his services. I called him later that week thinking we had found some while he was working around Oakes. He came over around 5:45 PM and did a thorough inspection, not finding anything, but offering to apply treatment if we wanted him to. We had a lot of questions, and he was in no hurry, even though he had a long day. Jeff is professional, thorough, kind, positive, and has excellent customer service.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
