Jametown, N.D. (KFGO) \u2013 A high-risk sex offender sought by Jamestown Parole and Probation and the North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation has been taken into custody and is being held in the Stutsman County Jail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Authorities say 39-year-old Anthony Rolland\u2019s GPS monitoring bracelet battery was dead and he couldn\u2019t be found.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rolland was convicted in 2003 in Morton County of gross sexual imposition involving a 13-year-old girl. He was also convicted as a juvenile of the same crime in Devils Lake where the girl was 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rolland is a lifetime sex offender registrant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(KFGO) \u2013 The North Dakota Department of Corrections and Jamestown Police are trying to find a high-risk sex offender whose ankle bracelet battery died.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anthony Rolland, who is required to register as a sex offender for life, is Native American, 39 years old, 6\u20190\u201d, 270 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. His last known location was Jamestown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rolland was convicted of sex crimes involving a 13-year-old girl in Morton County, and a 10-year-old girl in Ramsey County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
