(KVRR) \u2013 The owners of KVRR-TV (FOX) have entered into an agreement on the sale of the station.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpcdn.us-midwest-1.vip.tn-cloud.net\/www.kvrr.com\/content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/m\/n\/ipiccy-image-2-300x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4894449\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Red River Broadcast Co., LLC has signed an asset purchase agreement with Coastal Television.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coastal Television operates ten TV stations in seven states; Alaska, Wyoming, New York, Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas and Indiana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe think Coastal will be a good fit for carrying on the important work and commitment of our stations in our communities,\u201c Red River Chief Operating Officer Kathy Lau said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sale would also include Red River\u2019s TV station in Duluth, Minn., KQDS-TV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The transaction is subject to approval by the Federal Communications Commission<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KVRR Staff Dec 1, 2023 FARGO, N.D.
