This was a decision by station KVLY.   Unhappy viewers can call KVLY in Fargo at <a href=\"tel:7012320493\">(701) 232-0493<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This was not an action by CSi.   We are under contract with KVLY to carry their signal, and have no say in the programming choice.  No need to call us.
