(AP) &#8211; A backup North Dakota State linebacker who was kicked off the football team two weeks ago has been charged with indecent exposure.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cass County Court documents accuse Brandon Jemison of exposing himself in the presence of a woman and minors outside of West AcresShopping Center in Fargo on the afternoon of July 27.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Jemison&#8217;s father, Chad Desjarlais (DEE&#8217;-jar-lay), told The Forum newspaper that his son realized he had a hole in his shorts and was trying to fix it.<\/div>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The charge is a misdemeanor. A court appearance has not been scheduled.<\/p>\n<div>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Jemison played in all 40 games and started 27 with the Bison.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>He was dismissed from NDSU&#8217;s roster on Aug. 9 for a violation of team rules.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>The Bison won the Football Championship Subdivision title last season.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FARGO, N.D.
