Lots of things to clean up, but to find a way to win was obviously the most important thing here coming down the stretch.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhl.com\/player\/drake-batherson-8480208\">Drake Batherson<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhl.com\/player\/jakob-chychrun-8479345\">Jakob Chychrun<\/a>&nbsp;each had a goal and an assist for the Senators (33-37-4) who hadn\u2019t lost since March 21 (5-2 against the St. Louis Blues).&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhl.com\/player\/joonas-korpisalo-8476914\">Joonas Korpisalo<\/a>&nbsp;made 17 saves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhen you look at the goals they got, we beat ourselves,\u201d Ottawa coach Jacques Martin said. \u201cWe gave them the goals and they didn\u2019t give much either, both our goals were on the power play. I didn\u2019t think we got on the inside, we didn\u2019t drive the net and with a goaltender like Fleury, you got to get in front of him. He sees the puck, he\u2019s a good netminder so you got to have more traffic and got to have better opportunities.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shaw scored his first goal of the season to give the Wild a 1-0 lead at 12:32 of the first period, putting in a cross-ice pass from&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhl.com\/player\/zach-bogosian-8474567\">Zach Bogosian<\/a>&nbsp;on the rush.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shaw suffered a season-ending ACL injury on April 1, 2023. He has played 13 games this season after making his return on March 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI mean, for it to be what, 366 (days) today? That one felt good, and I\u2019m in a lot better spirits this time than I was a year ago today,\u201d Shaw said. \u201cJust really happy. Obviously, getting a win makes everything feel better and something I look back on really proud of what it took to get to this point.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boldy pushed it to 2-0 just 49 seconds into the second period with a snap shot in the slot off a centering pass from&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhl.com\/player\/kirill-kaprizov-8478864\">Kirill Kaprizov<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Batherson cut it to 2-1 at 7:43 on the power play with a snap shot below the left face-off circle off a cross-crease pass from&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhl.com\/player\/brady-tkachuk-8480801\">Brady Tkachuk<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chychrun tied it 2-2 with a power-play goal at 2:42 of the third period.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhl.com\/player\/tim-stutzle-8482116\">Tim St\u00fctzle<\/a>&nbsp;fed Batherson below the goal line, who found Chychrun with a touch pass for a one-timer from the bottom of the right circle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThey got some experienced D-men back there who make a living boxing guys out,\u201d Batherson said. \u201cIt was tough.
