Construction is underway in several areas of town \u2026\u2026 of course, cuz it is summer or almost summer!\u00a0 There are numerous areas where construction is taking place, some due to need and some by design.\u00a0 The projects are \u201cphased\u201d so the amount of time businesses are inconvenienced is minimized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Many of you may have favorite businesses you frequent that may be affected by construction.\u00a0 The contractors and engineers are partnering to provide temporary access to these businesses throughout the construction process, so give a little extra effort and support those who have been serving you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Last week the \u201cYoung Professionals Network\u201d sponsored a \u201cSpeed Networking\u201d event at VCSU.\u00a0\u00a0 Students were afforded opportunities to expand their comfort zones and enhance their people skills related to networking.\u00a0 For you who are wondering, the format is similar to speed dating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
