Collier will be a part of the USA Basketball Women\u2019s National Team and McBride will participate on behalf of Team WNBA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This marks Collier\u2019s fourth appearance as an All-Star, becoming the seventh Lynx player to be named an All-Star four or more times. She joins Seimone Augustus (8x), Maya Moore (6x), Rebekkah Brunson (5x), Sylvia Fowles (5x), Lindsay Whalen (5x) and Katie Smith (4x). This will mark Collier second consecutive appearance following last season\u2019s All-Star Game in Las Vegas where she tallied 20 points on 8-of-11 shooting, six rebounds and two assists for Team Stewart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In her sixth season, Collier is averaging 20.6 points and career-highs across rebounds (10.4), assists (3.8), steals (2.2) and blocks (1.4) in 35.4 minutes per game. Collier\u2019s 2.2 spg ranks second in the WNBA, while ranking third in rebounds and fourth in points per game. Through 19 games, Collier has tallied 391 points, 198 rebounds, 72 assists and 42 steals. She is the only player in the league to have amassed such totals this season. Collier has now tallied 25+ points\/10+ rebounds\/4+ assists\/2+ steals on two separate occurrences, making her the only player to have multiple such games this season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today\u2019s selection marks McBride\u2019s fourth All-Star appearance and first as a Lynx. She becomes the 13th Lynx player to be selected for the annual showcase. McBride\u2019s most recent appearance was in the 2019 WNBA All-Star Game in Las Vegas. Across 19 games, McBride currently owns averages of 15.8 ppg, 3.0 rpg and a career-high 3.7 apg in 32.7 minutes per game, currently shooting a career-high 43.3% from the three and is the second leading scorer for Minnesota behind Collier. McBride currently ranks seventh in the league for three-point shooting and has the second-most threes made this season with 58, just one away from Arike Ogunbowale\u2019s 59 in first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 20th WNBA All-Star Game will take place in Phoenix on Saturday, July 20 at the Footprint Center.
