News)\u00a0 &#8212;\u00a0 A Valley City man was arrested and charged with felony DUI under the state&#8217;s new DUI law \u00a0after he alluded police in\u00a0West Fargo\u00a0early Monday about 1-a.m.<\/p>\n<p>27 year old Anthony Scot Smith was arrested after a minor traffic accident following the chase in West Fargo.<\/p>\n<p>Police say he tried to out-run them during a traffic stop for erratic driving along Main Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>Smith&#8217;s DUI was a felony under North Dakota law, \u00a0as it was his fourth DUI.<\/p>\n<p>Smith was also charged with driving under suspension and fleeing from police.<\/p>\n<p>Smith\u00a0was\u00a0taken to \u00a0the Cass County Jail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown Sanitary Sewer Project, Update<\/p>\n<p>Sept 30, 2013<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News Sept 27, 2013) \u2013 Interstate Engineering reports, a portion of 1st Street SE, near Jamestown Plumbing, is closed to traffic as part of the Jamestown sanitary sewer project. 1st Street SE is closed from a half block west of 7th Ave SE to 7th Ave SE. Work is expected to last until early this week. 7th Ave SE will remain open during this time. Jamestown Plumbing can be accessed via 6th Ave SE.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, 19th Avenue SE, near the Strata Concrete Yard, will close early this week (Sept 30, 2013.) 19th Avenue SE is expected to close on Monday, (September 30), from the entrance to the Strata Concrete Yard south to 17th Street SE.<\/p>\n<p>Businesses in the area can be accessed from the north via 10th Street SE. Work is expected to last for about two weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Crews will also be working in the area of 10th St SE and 15th Ave SE, near the railroad tracks. At this time, no closures are anticipated for this area. However, drivers should use caution. News Sept 27, 2013) \u2013 Dakota Plains Cooperative stockholers have approve a merger with Cenex Harvest States Inc.<\/p>\n<p>The merger with CHS will go into effect on January first 2014.<\/p>\n<p>General Manager Ken Astrup says employees will be retained under the merger.<\/p>\n<p>He adds, Dakota Plains Cooperative will operate as a division of CHS.<\/p>\n<p>\u3000<\/p>\n<p>Valley City, ND (KCSi-T.V. Nancy Johnson says she moved to Fargo and built a home there for personal reasons. (AP) &#8211; Theodore Roosevelt National Park has sold more than 100 wild horses during a weekend auction.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nAll of the horses sold during Saturday&#8217;s auction at the old Wishek Livestock barn.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Lance, a red roan yearling, fetched $2,800, the top price of the day.
