News Sept 30, 2013) &#8212; A Valley City man was arrested and charged with felony DUI under the state&#8217;s new DUI law after he alluded police in\u00a0West Fargo\u00a0early Monday about 1-a.m.<\/p>\n<p>27 year old Anthony Scot Smith was arrested after a minor traffic accident following the chase in West Fargo.<\/p>\n<p>Police say he tried to out-run them during a traffic stop for erratic driving along Main Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>Smith&#8217;s DUI was a felony under North Dakota law, as it was his fourth DUI.<\/p>\n<p>Smith was also charged with driving under suspension and fleeing from police.<\/p>\n<p>Smith was taken to the Cass County Jail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>West Fargo, ND (KCSi-T.V.
