Charmin drove off the<br>road into a slough. The vehicle came to rest in the slough on the south side of the road facing<br>southwest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Charmin was treated on scene for minor injuries before being transported to the Jamestown<br>Regional Medical Center by the Jamestown Ambulance. While at JRMC, Charmin assaulted<br>emergency department workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Charmin was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence, DUI refusal, and simple<br>assault- emergency department worker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NDHP &#8211; The Chevrolet Impala driven by Charmin was westbound on 34th St SE.
