JPD \u2013 The Jamestown Police Department wants to notify Jamestown residents regarding two new high risk sex offender who is residing within the city of Jamestown.<\/p>\n\n\n

54 years of age, Robert Scott Venker, he lives at the Buffalo Motel, 1530 6th Ave SW, #21<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Venker has a lite green 2015 KIA Soul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Venker is white, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 230 pounds, and has Brown eyes and Gray hair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Venker has been assigned a high-risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Offense<\/strong>: Gross Sexual Imposition \u2013 2 counts<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conviction Date<\/strong>:  05\/06\/2016 in Williams County District Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disposition:<\/strong>  20 years; 8 years suspended; 712 days credit; 5 years supervised probation; concurrent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disposition:<\/strong> 3 years; serve 33 days; 18 months supervised probation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Venker is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this
information be used to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender. Attempts to harass, intimidate or
threaten these offenders or their families, landlords or employers will be turned over for prosecution.

44 years of age, Jamal Joel Anderson, he live at the Buffalo Motel, 1530 6th Ave SW, #14 in Jamestown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anderson has no vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anderson is black, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 145 pounds, and has Brown eyes and Black hair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Anderson has been assigned a high-risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Offense<\/strong>: Corrupt\/Solicitation of Minor \u2013 When police conducted a search of Anderson\u2019s place of residence, they found a nude 16-year-old girl in Anderson\u2019s bed.  Upon questioning, the two had sexual intercourse approx. 5 times in the past six months. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conviction Date<\/strong>: 02\/02\/2001 in Stutsman County District Court, ND. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disposition:<\/strong> 1 year; 48 days credit; 6 years supervised probation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Offense<\/strong>: Aggravated Assault \u2013 Anderson struck a 17-year-old boy with a baseball bat on his back and face, requiring five stitches to close a wound on the boy\u2019s face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conviction Date<\/strong>: 03\/25\/1999 in Stutsman County District Court, ND. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disposition:<\/strong> 5 years; 5 years suspended for 5 years; 5 years supervised probation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Anderson is on GPS monitoring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
