North Dakota Farmers Union provides camp<\/a> opportunities to young Farmers Union members each summer. More than 1,000 youth participate in cooperative-focused leadership camps annually. Camps are held at two different sites, one near Elgin and a NEW location at Jamestown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

North Dakota Farmers Union provides trained counselors who encourage campers to develop positive and constructive attitudes about their own capabilities through cooperation, teamwork and leadership. Our program and activities are designed to highlight the individuality in all youth. Transportation to and from camp may be provided by NDFU where feasible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Junior Camp<\/a><\/strong>
4 day, 3 night camps for completed<\/strong> grades 3-6:
\u2022  Heart Butte Farmers Union Camp near Elgin
\u2022  Jamestown Farmers Union Camp
\u2022  Cost is $159. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Senior Camp<\/a><\/strong>
5 day, 4 night camps for completed<\/strong> grades 7-12:
\u2022  Heart Butte Farmers Union Camp near Elgin
\u2022  Jamestown Farmers Union Camp
\u2022  Cost is $199. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Activities<\/strong>
water games \u2022 four-square \u2022 skits \u2022 sports \u2022 campfire \u2022 talent show \u2022 banquet \u2022 camp project \u2022 theme nights \u2022 crafts & more<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Camper Referral Program<\/strong>
Refer your friends to camp and make money at the same time! Awards will be given:
\u2022 Refer 1-3 new campers to earn a limited edition NDFU t-shirt and $25 Cenex gift card.
\u2022 Refer 4-6 new campers to earn a limited edition NDFU t-shirt and $100 Cenex gift card.
\u2022 Refer 7 or more new campers to earn a limited edition NDFU t-shirt and $200 Cenex gift card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications<\/strong>
\u2022 The camper referring a new camper must attend camp to qualify.
\u2022 The new camper must attend camp to count as a referral.
\u2022 A \u201cnew camper\u201d is categorized as a youth who has never attended camp OR a youth who has not attended camp in the last four years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
