Jamestown – Phase 2 of Construction on US 52\/US 281 from 37th St SE to 17th St SW Begins July 14
Jamestown, ND \u2013 The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT), in cooperation with TI-Zack Concrete Inc., will begin Phase 2 of the highway improvement project on US 52\/US 281 from 37th Street SE to 17th Street SW in Jamestown on Monday, July 14th, with expected completion by Friday, August 15th, weather permitting.
Phase 2 Overview
During this phase, construction will take place in the outside lanes and right-turn lanes of US 52\/US 281. The work includes:

Concrete Pavement Repair (CPR)
\u2022
ADA-compliant pedestrian ramp upgrades
These outside and right-turn lanes will be closed during construction.
Additionally, there will be a 7-day closure starting on Tuesday, July 15th, for CPR work on the I-94 westbound on-ramp and eastbound off-ramp at Exit 258.
Traffic Impacts and Detours

I-94 eastbound motorists should use Exit 260 to turn around and access US 52\/US 281 via Exit 258 during the ramp closure.

US 52\/US 281 northbound and southbound traffic wanting to travel westbound on I-94 will need to use eastbound I-94 to Exit 260, turn around, and head west.
