Project Overview
The project involves applying a microsurfacing treatment to extend the life of the existing pavement and improve surface smoothness. Work will take place along Hwy 20 from 1st Ave N to 12th Ave NE, with lane closures occurring in the following segments:
\u2022 1st Ave N to 5th Ave NE:
o This segment is a two-lane, two-way roadway, and traffic will be controlled by flaggers and\/or a pilot car during microsurfacing operations.
o Motorists will take turns using a single lane to travel through the work zone.
o Short traffic delays are expected.
\u2022 5th Ave NE to 12th Ave NE:
o This segment is a four-lane, two-way roadway, and lane closures will be in place.
o Traffic control devices and Flaggers will direct motorists through the work zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Parking Restrictions
Street parking will be prohibited during microsurfacing operations along the entire project corridor. Affected residents and businesses are asked to move vehicles off the street to avoid delays and ensure a smooth construction process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
