JAMESTOWN SOCCER CLUB 2012<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n FALL RECREATIONAL SOCCER LEAGUE<\/p>\n <\/p>\n FOCUS:<\/p>\n <\/strong>**For kids who want to have FUN playing soccer outdoors with their friends and classmates. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n **<\/p>\n <\/strong>Players are teamed by age and gender and coached by parent volunteers who enjoy interacting with children. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n AGE & GENDER:<\/p>\n <\/strong>Ages 5-12, boys and girls <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n SEASON DATES:<\/p>\n <\/strong>First practices start THE WEEK OF Sept 17, with final games on Sept 23 (5 weeks) <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n PRACTICE:<\/p>\n <\/strong>One practice per week, as scheduled by your child\u2019s coach. Most coaches choose a Mon, Tues, or Thurs evening <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n GAMES:<\/p>\n <\/strong>Rec League Games played Sunday afternoons. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n WHERE:<\/p>\n <\/strong>Hillcrest Soccer Complex <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n PROVIDED:<\/p>\n <\/strong>Reversible blue\/white jersey (returning players are encouraged to wear or return their jersey from previous season) <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n REQUIRED:<\/p>\n <\/strong>Shin guards & water bottle (available at local sporting goods stores\/departments) <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n COACHES:<\/p>\n <\/strong>*Most of our coaches are parent volunteers who enjoy sports and interacting with kids. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n *<\/p>\n <\/strong>We invite our previous season coaches to return, and new parents to give it a try <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n *A “no lines, no lectures” every-player-gets-a-ball at practice approach is encouraged<\/p>\n <\/p>\n *<\/p>\n <\/strong>Coaches receive a pre-season training session from JSC Director of Coaching Donovan Gibson. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n COST:<\/p>\n <\/strong>$40 by Sept 3, $50 afterwards. Each additional children 15% off.
