The Jimmies put together a solid effort against strong regional competition, concluding the day in 3rd place overall in the women&#8217;s team standings with a total of 378 points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Top Performances in Diving<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Jimmies secured 2nd and 3rd place finishes in both the Women&#8217;s 1-meter Diving events, with standout performances from two divers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;*&nbsp;<dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/jimmiepride.com\/sports\/womens-swimming-and-diving\/roster\/sadie-hager\/19116\">Sadie Hager<\/a><\/dfn>&nbsp;(#2, Freshman): Hager was the top diver for the Jimmies in both events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;* She earned 2nd place in the Women 1m Championship (6 Dives) with a score of 155.70 points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;* She also placed 2nd in the Women 1m (5 Vol) event with a final score of 131.30 points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;*&nbsp;<dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/jimmiepride.com\/sports\/womens-swimming-and-diving\/roster\/nicole-herzog\/19112\">Nicole Herzog<\/a><\/dfn>&nbsp;(#3, Junior): Herzog secured 3rd place finishes in both 1-meter events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;* She took 3rd place in the Women 1m Championship (6 Dives) with 126.80 points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;* She finished 3rd in the Women 1m (5 Vol) event, scoring 105.70 points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Event Winners and Top Swimmers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Jimmies saw an individual event win and multiple high placements in the pool:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;*&nbsp;<dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/jimmiepride.com\/sports\/womens-swimming-and-diving\/roster\/kailee-cline\/19118\">Kailee Cline<\/a><\/dfn>&nbsp;(#1, Freshman): Cline delivered the Jimmies&#8217; biggest swim victory of the day, winning the Women 200 Yard Butterfly with a final time of 2:12.08. She also contributed to the relays and placed 4th in the Women 200 Yard IM with a time of 2:22.06.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;*&nbsp;<dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/jimmiepride.com\/sports\/womens-swimming-and-diving\/roster\/dagbjorg-hlif-olafsdottir\/19103\">Dagbjorg Hlif Olafsdottir<\/a><\/dfn>&nbsp;(#3, Sophomore): Olafsdottir secured two strong individual finishes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;* She finished 4th in the Women 50 Yard Butterfly with a time of 27.70.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;* She placed 3rd in the Women 50 Yard Backstroke with a time of 28.98.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;*&nbsp;<dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/jimmiepride.com\/sports\/womens-swimming-and-diving\/roster\/emily-petersen\/19110\">Emily Petersen<\/a><\/dfn>&nbsp;(#2, Sophomore): Petersen had a high placement in the breaststroke events, finishing 2nd in the Women 50 Yard Breaststroke with a time of 32.17.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Relay and Other Notable Finishes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;* Women 400 Yard Freestyle Relay: The &#8216;A&#8217; relay team, consisting of Price, Olafsdottir, Cline, and Goodrich, finished 4th with a time of 3:48.04.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;* Women 200 Yard Medley Relay: The &#8216;A&#8217; team (Olafsdottir, Petersen, Cline, and Price) finished 3rd overall with a time of 1:53.12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;*&nbsp;<dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/jimmiepride.com\/sports\/womens-swimming-and-diving\/roster\/kylie-price\/19101\">Kylie Price<\/a><\/dfn>&nbsp;(#5, Sophomore): Price added points by finishing 12th in the Women 50 Yard Butterfly (29.01) and 6th in the Women 200 Yard Freestyle (2:06.54).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;*&nbsp;<dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/jimmiepride.com\/sports\/womens-swimming-and-diving\/roster\/lindsey-goodrich\/19106\">Lindsey Goodrich<\/a><\/dfn>&nbsp;(#7, Sophomore): Goodrich had top-10 finishes in both the Women 200 Yard IM (7th, 2:23.27) and the Women 200 Yard Butterfly (9th, 2:34.45).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also competing for the Jimmies was Senior&nbsp;<strong><dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/jimmiepride.com\/sports\/womens-swimming-and-diving\/roster\/abigail-martin\/19104\">Abigail Martin<\/a><\/dfn><\/strong>&nbsp;who placed 8th in the Women 1000 Yard Freestyle (13:53.17) and 13th in the Women 50 Yard Backstroke (39.85); Freshman<strong>&nbsp;Emmery P.
