All seven of the men&#8217;s teams in the conference and all eight women&#8217;s programs will compete at the meet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The top seven individual finishers in each race will earn First Team All-Summit League honors, while the next seven finishers will be named to the Second Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The men&#8217;s 8K will kick off the meet at 10 a.m., followed by the women&#8217;s 6K at 11 a.m. The awards ceremony will take place immediately following the second race.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Live results for both competitions will be provided by&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/results.blacksquirreltiming.com\/meets\/57374\">Squirrel Timing<\/a>. The Summit League Championships will also have a multi-camera stream with commentary provided. They are the top team from the Summit League in the poll and appear ahead of the Power 4&nbsp;schools of Oklahoma, Nebraska and Kansas State. The seven-spot is the best the Hawks have ever been ranked on the women&#8217;s side since the creation of the poll in 2011.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>North Dakota also moved up two spots on the men&#8217;s side and is now No. 12. They are the second-best team from the league in the poll and trail only South Dakota State (No. 11). The Fighting Hawks are also one-spot ahead of the Bison of North Dakota State (No. 13).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Last Time Out<\/strong><br>North Dakota ran in the Arturo Barrios Invitational on the campus of Texas A&amp;M two weeks ago and beat nine Power 4 teams.&nbsp;<dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/fightinghawks.com\/sports\/womens-cross-country\/roster\/jadyn-keeler\/12368\">Jadyn Keeler<\/a><\/dfn>&nbsp;was the highlight of the meet for the Fighting Hawks and placed third in the women&#8217;s 6K, while the women&#8217;s team finished seventh (219 points) out of 38 teams. The UND men took ninth (327 points) out of 35 teams in the 8K.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paced by Keeler&#8217;s finish, the Fighting Hawks placed seventh in the 6K and beat out the Power 4 schools of Oklahoma, Ohio State, Texas Tech, Houston, Baylor and TCU. Keeler, who won the Roy Griak Invitational in September, recorded the second-best individual finish at a Power 4 meet in school history, placing third in the 6K with a personal best of 19:08.2. That time was an improvement of over 45 seconds to her previous best and was the top PR of the meet for the Fighting Hawks. Her time also set a new 6K record for the Summit League.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/fightinghawks.com\/sports\/womens-cross-country\/roster\/shewaye-johnson\/13240\">Shewaye Johnson<\/a><\/dfn>&nbsp;had the next-best finish for UND in the 6K and took 22nd in 20:19.5.&nbsp;<dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/fightinghawks.com\/sports\/womens-cross-country\/roster\/marie-louise-jorgensen\/13239\">Marie-Louise Jorgensen<\/a><\/dfn>&nbsp;(20:43.6) and&nbsp;<dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/fightinghawks.com\/sports\/womens-cross-country\/roster\/frida-giersdorff\/12365\">Frida Giersdorff<\/a><\/dfn>&nbsp;(21:26.5) were the next Hawks to cross the finish line and both posted PRs to finish 41st and 79th, respectively.&nbsp;<dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/fightinghawks.com\/sports\/womens-cross-country\/roster\/katherine-rogers\/13238\">Katherine Rogers<\/a><\/dfn>&nbsp;was the final point scorer for NoDak and was 85th in a personal-best time of 21:32.5.&nbsp;<dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/fightinghawks.com\/sports\/womens-cross-country\/roster\/elle-sondag\/12372\">Elle Sondag<\/a><\/dfn>&nbsp;was the first alternate point scorer and crossed in 21:56.1 with a PR to take 109th, while&nbsp;<dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/fightinghawks.com\/sports\/womens-cross-country\/roster\/olivia-correale\/12384\">Olivia Correale<\/a><\/dfn>&nbsp;was the seventh Hawk to finish the race and took 135th in 22:11.8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/fightinghawks.com\/sports\/mens-cross-country\/roster\/matej-hrebacka\/12379\">Matej Hrebacka<\/a><\/dfn>&nbsp;had the best finish of any UND runner in the 8K in the history of the meet and took 36th with a PR of 23:54.6.&nbsp;<dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/fightinghawks.com\/sports\/mens-cross-country\/roster\/louis-lys-fanucchi\/12377\">Louis-Lys Fanucchi<\/a><\/dfn>&nbsp;crossed the finish line less than 10 seconds later and was 40th with a personal-best time of 24:03.1, while&nbsp;<dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/fightinghawks.com\/sports\/mens-cross-country\/roster\/ethan-adams\/12375\">Ethan Adams<\/a><\/dfn>&nbsp;clocked a PR of over 30 seconds and took 76th in 24:21.2.&nbsp;<dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/fightinghawks.com\/sports\/mens-cross-country\/roster\/aleksa-milanovic\/12364\">Aleksa Milanovic<\/a><\/dfn>&nbsp;crossed the finish line in 24:45.7 to take 113th and&nbsp;<dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/fightinghawks.com\/sports\/mens-cross-country\/roster\/niko-angell\/12359\">Niko Angell<\/a><\/dfn>&nbsp;was the final point scorer for the Hawks with a PR time of 24:54.0 to get 128th.&nbsp;<dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/fightinghawks.com\/sports\/mens-cross-country\/roster\/henrik-lindstrot\/12362\">Henrik Lindstrot<\/a><\/dfn>&nbsp;had the top PR of the meet for the North Dakota men and ran an improvement of over 45 seconds to finish 131st in 24:55.6. as the first alternate point scorer, while&nbsp;<dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/fightinghawks.com\/sports\/mens-cross-country\/roster\/jonas-weschle\/12380\">Jonas Weschle<\/a><\/dfn>&nbsp;was the final alternate and was 139th in
