A 2005 Sterling LT9500 driven by a 88-year-old female of Esmond, ND was traveling westbound from a gravel township road and entered Highway 3. The Sterling struck the Blazer in a T-bone collision. The female sustained serious injuries and was transported by Rugby Ambulance to a local medical facility. The male was not injured.
