The 2nd ACT and the Arts Center invite you to enjoy a delightful night of comedy, cuisine, and live theater with its upcoming production, The Kitchen Witches<\/a><\/em>. This fast-paced and hilarious dinner theater experience promises sharp wit, big laughs, and memorable characters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Kitchen Witches<\/a><\/em> centers on Isobel Lomax and Dolly Biddle, two \u201cmature\u201d cable-access cooking show hostesses who have despised each other for more than thirty years. Their feud began when Larry Biddle dated one woman and married the other, and the rivalry has only intensified with time. When circumstances force them together on a television show called The Kitchen Witches<\/em>,<\/a> sparks fly and insults are tossed with more enthusiasm than the food itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dolly\u2019s long-suffering son, Stephen, serves as the show\u2019s producer and does his best to keep the chaos under control. Unfortunately, with Dolly\u2019s dressing room placed just one inch closer to the set than Isobel\u2019s, peace is impossible. What follows is a wildly entertaining disaster that turns into a ratings sensation, surpassing even Martha Stewart and Jerry Springer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
