PD \u2013 The Jamestown Police Department wants to notify Jamestown residents regarding a new high risk sex offender who is residing within the city of Jamestown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

34 years of age, Michael Martin Brewer, lives at 455 2 St SW Jamestown, ND 58401<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brewer is a White Male, 6 feet tall, weighing 260 pounds, and has Brown eyes and Brown hair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Brewer has been assigned a High risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Offense:<\/strong>\u00a0Sexual Contact with a Minor. Brewer had a 13-yr-old girl perform oral sex on him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conviction Date<\/strong>: 12\/11\/2009, Fall River SD Juvenile Court<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Offense:<\/strong>\u00a0Corruption\/Solicitation of Minor. Brewer engaged in sexual acts with a 17-yr-old female,
including vaginal intercourse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conviction Date:<\/strong>\u00a05\/27\/2014, Burleigh County District Court<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disposition:<\/strong>\u00a01 year; 6 months suspended; 2 years supervised probation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Offense:<\/strong> Sexual Assault \u2013 Wrigley had sexual contact with a 10-year-old female and made sexual advances towards her on several occasions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conviction Date:<\/strong> 05\/20\/2010 in Cascade, MT juvenile court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disposition:<\/strong>  6 months supervised probation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Offense:<\/strong>\u00a0Corruption\/Solicitation of Minor. Brewer engaged in sexual acts with a 17-yr-old female.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conviction Date:<\/strong>\u00a07\/09\/2014, Burleigh County District Court<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disposition:<\/strong>\u00a01 year; 8 months suspended; 89 days credit; unsupervised probation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Offense:\u00a0<\/strong>Gross Sexual Imposition \u2013 2 counts. Brewer had sexual contact with two 11-yr-old females.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conviction Date:<\/strong>\u00a06\/20\/2016, Burleigh County District Court<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disposition:<\/strong>\u00a012 years; first serve 7 years; 277 days credit; 5 years supervised probation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brewer is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.\u00a0 This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender.\u00a0 Attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders or their families, landlords or employers will be turned over for prosecution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
