PD \u2013 The Jamestown Police Department wants to notify Jamestown residents regarding a high risk sex offender who is residing within the city of Jamestown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

46 years of age, Matthew Alan Jasmann, lives at 1530 6 Ave SW #26 Buffalo Motel #26, ND 58401<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jasmann is a White Male, 6 feet tall, weighing 195 pounds, and has Brown eyes and Brown hair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Jasmann has been assigned a High risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Offense:<\/strong>\u00a0Gross Sexual Imposition. When he was 12 years old, Jasmann had sex with a 10-year-old girl and her younger sister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conviction Date<\/strong>: 4\/12\/1994 in Stutsman County Juvenile Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disposition: <\/strong>18 months custody of DJS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Offense:<\/strong>\u00a0Gross Sexual Imposition-3 counts. Jasmann engaged in various sexual acts with numerous girls who were age 13 to 17. Additional charges were dismissed in return for Jasmann\u2019s guilty plea to these charges<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conviction Date:<\/strong>\u00a012\/26\/2001 in Stutsman County District Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disposition:<\/strong>\u00a010 yrs; 2 yrs suspended; 611 days credit; 2 yrs supervised probation; counts 1-3 concurrent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Offense:<\/strong>\u00a0Corruption or Solicit of Minors-3 counts. Jasmann engaged in various sexual acts with numerous girls who were age 13 to 17. Additional charges were dismissed in return for Jasmann\u2019s guilty plea to these charges<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conviction Date:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a012\/26\/2001 in Stutsman County District Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disposition:<\/strong>\u00a01 year; 1 yr suspended for 2 years; 2 yrs supervised probation; counts 1-3 concurrent<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Offense:<\/strong> Gross Sexual Imposition. The adult female victim went to sleep and woke up to Jasmann naked and penetrating her with his penis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conviction Date:<\/strong> 8\/19\/2014 in Stutsman County District Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disposistion:<\/strong> 12 years; 2 days credit; supervised probation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Jasmann is on GPS monitoring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jasmann is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.\u00a0 This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender.\u00a0 Attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders or their families, landlords or employers will be turned over for prosecution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
