(AP) &#8211; A former Valley City State University football player has been convicted of sexual assaulting an unconscious 19-year-old woman in a dorm room.<br \/>\n22-year-old Christopher Ratteray Jr. was convicted Wednesday on two counts of felony sexual assault related to the February 2011 incident.<br \/>\nBarnes County Assistant State&#8217;s Attorney Brad Cruff says sexually explicit images of the nude victim captured by the<br \/>\ndefendant&#8217;s cell phone helped the jury reach a quick verdict. Cruff says alcohol was a factor in the incident. Southeast District Judge John Paulson ordered a 90-day sentencing investigation, including a sex offender risk assessment.<br \/>\nThe charges carry a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.\u00a0 The two-day jury trial wrapped up Wednesday.<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>VALLEY CITY, N.D.
