College Football Poll"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0UNDATED (AP Nov 4, 2013) \u2013 Third-ranked Florida State gained ground on idle No. 1 Alabama and No. 2 Oregon in the new Associated Press college football poll. Both of the top teams were off this week and with the Seminoles\u2019 41-14 win over then No. 7 Miami, they received six first-place votes in the new poll.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Alabama remains No. 1 with 52 first-place votes, three less than last week. Oregon received two first-place votes, a loss of one for the Ducks. The loss dropped Miami seven spots to 14.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Rounding out the top five after Alabama, Oregon and Florida State are Ohio State and Baylor.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Notre Dame moved back into the rankings at No. 24 and Michigan fell out after losing to Michigan State.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In the new BCS standings, Florida State leapfrogged Oregon into second place behind Alabama.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0UNDATED (AP Nov 4, 2013) \u2013 Third-ranked Florida State gained ground on idle No. 1 Alabama and No. 2 Oregon in the new Associated Press college football poll.
