News Aug 30, 2012) &#8212; The Jamestown Police Department is warning Jamestown Residents regarding a convicted sex offender who has move to Jamestown.<\/p>\n<p>The report says, Nicholas Allen Harding, now resides at 610 14 Street Northeast, apartment #4.<\/p>\n<p>He drives a silver 2008 Chevrolet Uplander, with ND license plate JHE 037.<\/p>\n<p>Harding is a 24 year old white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 215 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair.<\/p>\n<p>Harding has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota Risk Level Committee of the North Dakota Attorney General\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>Harding was convicted of corruption of a minor, sending a sexually explicit message to a 16 year old female.<\/p>\n<p>The conviction date is April 15, 2010 in Stutsman County District Court.<\/p>\n<p>North Dakota disposition: 30 days with credit for 10 days served, 1 year supervised probation.<\/p>\n<p>Offense: Harding was convicted of permitting an obscene performance by a minor.<\/p>\n<p>Conviction date: August 1, 2007, in Barnes County District Court.<\/p>\n<p>North Dakota disposition: 1 year, 1 day, 284 days suspended, 2 years supervised probation.<\/p>\n<p>Offense: Harding was convicted of possession of material.<\/p>\n<p>Conviction date: August 1, 2007 in Barnes County District Court.<\/p>\n<p>North Dakota disposition: 82 days, credit for 82 days served.<\/p>\n<p>Harding is currently on probation with North Dakota Parole and Probation.<\/p>\n<p>Harding is not wanted by police at this time, and has served the sentence imposed by the court.<\/p>\n<p>This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor, should this information be used to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender.<\/p>\n<p>Attempts to harass, intimidate, or threaten these offenders, their families, landlords, or employers, will be turned over for prosecution.<\/p>\n<p>Printed handouts of Harding\u2019s photo and demographics are available at the Jamestown Police Department.<\/p>\n<p>More information on registered offenders is available on the Attorney General\u2019s web site:<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sexoffender.nd.gov\/\"><strong>http:\/\/www.sexoffender.nd.gov\/<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V.
