He could receive a mark of \u201cE\u201d for excellent, \u201cA\u201d for above average, \u201cS\u201d for satisfactory and \u201cU\u201d for unsatisfactory.<\/p>\n<p>Overall, Leitner received an A++, which according to Boyd, is a slight step down from an E rating.<\/p>\n<p>Chairman Jim Boyd says Leitner has been excellent in just about every aspect of his job.<\/p>\n<p>Leitner gave himself an overall rating of A.<\/p>\n<p>Authority members felt Leitner needed to work on budgeting issues, mainly making sure budget figures reflect the actual amount of money or spending that is going on.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown (CSi) \u2013 Jamestown Regional Airport Manager Matt Leitner job performance has been evaluated by the Jamestown Regional Airport Authority board, and provided a self-evaluation.
