The driver lost control of the vehicle which slid into a pickup pulling a trailer, that was parked on the south shoulder of the highway.<\/p>\n<p>At the time of the collision the 45 year old driver of the pickup, Larry Cummings from Staples, Minnesota, was standing outside the vehicle re-connecting the trailer and was struck by the SUV and seriously injured.
