State&#8217;s Attorney&#8217;s Office"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Valley City (CSi) Tonya Duffy has recently been appointed as the Barnes County Assistant, State\u2019s Attorney.<\/p>\n<p>She has held the position since February 17, 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Ms. Duffy also has a law firm in LaMoure.<\/p>\n<p>Barnes County State\u2019s Attorney Carl Martineck moved into his position from assistant, also in February this year, when Lee Grossman accepted a position with the Myhre law firm in Valley City.<\/p>\n<p>Martineck will have to run for a full 4-year term in the November 4, 2014 election.<\/p>\n<p>The Barnes County commission set Martineck\u2019s salary at $69,000 and Duffy\u2019s salary at $57,000.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Valley City (CSi) Tonya Duffy has recently been appointed as the Barnes County Assistant, State\u2019s Attorney.
